Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using prospectdigital.in or engaging Prospect Digital for services, you agree to these terms. Individual project engagements may add a written agreement outlining specific scope, price and timelines.

2. Website information

We work hard to keep website information accurate and current, but content is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, change or remove content at any time.

3. Quotes and payments

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quote. Work begins after confirmation and, where applicable, the agreed advance payment. Payment terms are specified in each project agreement or invoice.

4. Timelines and revisions

Delivery timelines depend on scope, content readiness and feedback from your side. Revisions are covered as described in the project scope; additional work outside the agreed scope is charged separately after your approval.

5. Client materials

You are responsible for ensuring that logos, text, images and other content you provide do not infringe third-party rights. You grant us the right to use such materials to deliver the agreed work.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to you as described in the project agreement. Our products (including RouteFlow, BizzHub and CRN) remain Prospect Digital products licensed to you under the terms of your subscription or licence.

7. Support and maintenance

Support is provided according to the plan chosen for your project. Shared hosting, third-party services and software supplied by others are governed by their own terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the work concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
